End of the week

Today I spent most of my time preparing the notes for
a class I am delivering tomorrow. Two topics in a
half day slot, once in the morning and once in the
afternoon.
I will be teaching people who to compute what a property can actually afford in terms of debt service and how to use a structured process when negotiating to buy real estate. Related but different topics.
I also have to write an article for Property Investor News for the next monthly issue. I will be focusing on how to measure the performance of an investment over time even though the underlying variables are shifting.
I will provide more details on both plus some other deal information I have picked up recently. If I can get a copy of some slides used at the Inspired Asset Managements event Thursday I will share some of the key points. The presenter shared some very interesting details in terms of volatility, returns and other measures for the residential property sector in the UK and in London specifically.
