Jim Collins’ book “How The Mighty Fall” outlines a
model for how the mighty fall. I think it speaks
volumes for the real estate guru sector in the UK and
maybe in the US. Too many flash in the pan experts
who rose with the Internet plus the bubble market
before they crashed & burned.
