James and I enjoyed the nice weather here in London today by sitting on a bench in Berkeley Square. While I am told there is a credit crunch going on the Rolls Royce dealership behind us appeared to be doing just fine today.

James has created a company to match landlords who have properties to rent with tenants who are actually looking. A key feature of his site is the fact that he requires properties that are no longer available on the market to be pulled from the list of available units. You might think that would be normal practice. It works out that estate agents tend to forget to update their rental listings so many stale entries exist on other sites.

James and I spent most of the time discussing the market, the future trends, possible software or analytical solutions to current issues and other ideas. More of a brainstorming session as to what the market might need and what the technologies out there allow. We also spent a bit of time discussing how to organize viewings when a tenant wants to see a vacant property and how to manage software developers.

Much of what we discussed needs to remain secret until future releases of the site. Do take a look. Just go to
