HMO Daddy Speaks

It was the
first time that I have heard Jim Haliburton, HMO Daddy, speak
on the subject of HMO rental properties. HMOs, Houses
of Multiple Occupancy, are properties where you rent
rooms to people and they share the common facilities
such as the kitchen, shower rooms and any common
sitting area.
Jim clearly knows his subject. He understands the market dynamics, the regulatory framework, why a HMO might be more work than a traditional BTL and how to obtain commercial finance rather than the normal residential rental financing.
