Welcome to Feb 2010

After a rough bout with the flu I am more or less
caught up. Stated another way I am ready to get back
to this blog. I was on a roll for a period in January
and then everything went flat while I laid in bed for
a while. No more needs to be said about the flu.
Looking forward for February the theme over on the NaBloPoMo site is TIES. I am going to focus on ‘tying together’ some ideas for how I might motivate and guide people who want to invest in real estate yet they seem to be stuck. To tie together the theory with some action so discernible progress can be made. It is my viewpoint, maybe to be proven wrong, that once a person makes some real progress they are much more likely to achieve some tangible success.
On a different note I will be posting some views on the Apple iPad. It is a device I have been waiting for as I have had a desire to switch to an ebook reader. I want to have my library with me, to be able to make notes in a book and to be able to quick find the notes when a thought pops into my head or when someone else brings up a subject I have studied in a recent book. Too many times I know that I have read something on the topic, I might have highlighted a relevant passage yet the book is on some bookshelf in the UK or the US. In addition it would not hurt to know where I am in the various books that I have on the go at the same time.
