Price matters more in real estate

Today's thought: Price matters more than the financing when negotiating a deal.

The key is you negotiate the price once when you buy a property. You can negotiate the financing more than once over the period you own the property.

RapidWeaver and a fresh site

I am making a move so that I can use RapidWeaver to produce content when I am not connected to the net. In addition I needed a solution that would reduce the time required to format the content. Less time formatting and more time sifting through and reporting on the important items to share with you.

While making the switch to RapidWeaver it was a good time to move the site. I have decided to move the blog from WordPress.com to the Chelsea Private Equity LLC main site at the same time as learning RapidWeaver.

Expect some minor adjustments for the first couple of weeks.
